🍇 Grape Lives Matter My Official Stance Against Raisins
My apologies if your a raisin lover!! I just cant with them. The instant one of those bad boys hit my tongue its literally game over, I will cry, I may gag and ultimately I will spread raisin hate!!
Let’s get one thing straight here....
I do not eat raisins!!
Why?!!
Because raisins are just grapes left to die in the sun while everyone stood around like,
“Oh look, it’s becoming a non edible shriveled up snack.”
NO, SUSAN....
It’s withering in despair!!
You call it dried fruit
I call it grape abandonment.
A betrayal of juiciness.
A violation of hydration rights.
Raisins are grapes that are screaming in pain
“Save me! I’m still sweet!”
And humanity responded with:
“Nah, just shrivel, fam jam!!!”
People try to sneak them into cookies, trail mix, even cinnamon buns.
That’s not baking....
That’s fruit necromancy!!!
It’s culinary gaslighting!!
And listen up folks!!
I know people will say,
“But they’re healthy!
So is crying in a sauna, but I don’t do that for fun either....
So out of love and out of protest!!!
out of my ever loving moral integrity
I REFUSE to eat raisins!!!
Because grapes deserve better!!!
Because grape lives matter too!!
And because every time you eat a raisin.....
somewhere a juice loving soul weeps into a beautiful vineyard...
Free the grapes!!
